Formula 1 gossip: Rosberg, Hamilton, Grosjean, Red Bull

Mercedes' Nico Rosberg posts a picture of him and team-mate Lewis Hamilton on Twitter  and says: "Good team factory visit today. Coming up with a plan to beat the red cars in Shanghai."

French manufacturer Renault says it expects to continue working with Red Bull, saying "the fun will begin" in the Chinese Grand Prix after a disappointing start to the season. (In Auto News)

Lewis Hamilton reveals on the Clare Balding Show on Friday that he was so excited to meet actor Will Smith at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday party he trod on former United States president Bill Clinton's foot and did not even say sorry. (Daily Express) 
 
McLaren reserve driver Kevin Magnussen showed off his apparent muscular and heavily tattooed upper body as a April Fools' day prank. The Dane posted a tongue-in-cheek Photoshop image of his head on a own muscular frame and tweeted:  "Good progress being made thanks to countless hours of training." It came just an hour after Lewis Hamilton had tweeted a picture of himself shirtless on the front cover of Men's Health  magazine.
 
McLaren chairman Ron Dennis admits the team are on a "steep learning curve" after failing to pick up any points in both races so far this season. (Autoweek)
