Everyone's talking about Compton, but pro boxer Brian Viloria says he knows a (beautiful) hood where the G's are even tougher ... the Big Island of Hawaii.

Viloria -- a three time world champ --  is fighting on the undercard of the HUGE GGG vs David Lemieux fight in October, and when we caught up to him at an L.A. press event we had to ask ... what makes those Hawaiians so surly?
