The statement pasted on the PGAN Facebook page reveals the tournament is open to all professional golfers, who must be accredited by a local PGA.
Entries for the tournament, which is on a stroke play format, it said, is on a first come first served basis, but there will be wild cards at the sponsors discretion.
To enter for the competition, the player is required to state his name, country, local PGA, T-shirt size, photo as well as his resume.
The statement signed by Olawale Opayinka of 3E Actuaries International, said they will provide “bursary, where required for economy travel ticket to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea; deductible from winnings for players who make the cut; complimentary accommodation at a Four Star Hotel, two sharing (no complimentary accommodation for caddies; complimentary transportation from Malabo, Equatorial Guinea to Mongomo.”
