Edinson Cavani opened the scoring from Ibrahimovic's cross before the Sweden striker made it 2-0 with a penalty after he was fouled by Niklas Hult, who was sent off.
That was his 86th league goal, breaking Mustapha Dahleb's record, and he added another to seal the victory.
PSG are unbeaten in 17 league games.
Laurent Blanc's side, who last lost a Ligue 1 match on 15 March, are well placed to be crowned champions of France for the fourth successive season.
They have 45 points from 17 games and a big lead over second-placed Caen, who host Lille on Saturday.
Nice, who were second best throughout, remain fifth on 25 points after a third successive league game without a goal.
