Former Chicago Bears star Jeremiah Ratliff says he has NO MEMORY of wishing death on the children of Bears staffers ... but he's not exactly denying it either.
SF broke the story ... Bears security called police on October 21st to report that the star defensive lineman went berserk after being cut -- saying, "I am the devil" and wishing staffers' children would die.
But Ratliff's agent has now issued a statement saying, "Jeremiah has no recollection or memory of saying anything that has been reported in the police report."
Not exactly a denial.
The agent continued, "Jeremiah is receiving care in Dallas for a football-related medical condition that arose out of the game on the 18th with Detroit. The primary focus right now is on Jeremiah's cognitive health. I would also like to reiterate that the reports that Jeremiah showed up at Halas Hall inebriated are completely and utterly false."
